The Ingredients

The Finest
British Malts

Punjab IPA is brewed with a carefully selected blend of wheat and barley, sourced from the finest British maltsters. These base malts form the golden backbone of the beer, providing a clean, biscuity sweetness that balances the bold hop character.

The wheat adds a subtle softness to the body, while the barley brings structure and depth, creating a firm foundation for the floral, tropical notes that Punjab IPA is known for.

The Hops

Mandarina Bavaria
& Huell Melon

The hop bill is where Punjab IPA truly comes alive. We use Mandarina Bavaria for its vibrant tangerine and citrus oils, and Huell Melon for its distinctive floral and melon notes, a combination explicitly chosen to complement the complex spice profiles of Indian cuisine.

These German hop varieties were selected after extensive pairing trials with dishes ranging from lamb karahi to paneer tikka, to ensure every sip elevates every bite.
