1. Purchases & Age Verification

Punjab IPA is an alcoholic beverage. Under UK law, alcohol may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 or over
• The product is not being purchased for someone under the age of 18
• You are purchasing for personal consumption or as a gift to another person aged 18 or over

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18, or where age cannot be satisfactorily verified. We operate a “Challenge 25” policy and may request proof of age at point of delivery.

All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We accept major debit and credit cards. You may be required to accept the terms of our payment processor before completing a purchase.

3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available; please contact us at info@punjabipa.com for further information.

Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive delivery of alcoholic products. If delivery is unsuccessful due to no appropriate recipient being available, the carrier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@punjabipa.com.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, provided the goods are unopened and in their original condition. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods in satisfactory condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
